The District operator, Inframark, will soon be performing major Sanitary Sewer repairs within the Windmill Farms development for Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No 1-B. This work is to repair damaged sewer lines in order to minimize ground water from getting in sewer pipes.

These Sewer repairs will only be in the Districts Right of Way and near the following general streets:

• Lauren Court - Nearest affected Addresses 1001, 1003

• Halifax Lane - Nearest affected Addresses 1101 – 1105, 1207

• Hampton Drive - Nearest affected Addresses 1031, 1033, 1100, 1102

• Bainbridge Lane - Nearest affected Addresses 1005 – 1009, 1401, 1103,

1101, 1105,

• Warrington Way - Nearest affected Addresses 1021, 1513 – 1523, 1536,

1534

• Richmond Lane - Nearest affected Addresses 1035, 1001, 1009, 1011

• Chelsea Lane - Nearest affected Addresses 1007

Driveways and sidewalks will be replaced at the locations mentioned above as needed.

Construction is anticipated to begin later this month.

Be aware that you may be asked to remove any vehicles from your driveways and garages before construction begins around or near your driveway. You may also be asked not to park in front of your homes.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. We recognize this is an inconvenience, but the district hopes these repairs will help mitigate future sewer problems. Our contractors will work as diligently as possible to complete this project as quickly as they can.
